Product Introduction

Structure and Operating Principle Features
● Modular Structural Design: Molds typically consist of a mold body, core rods, a heating system, and a cooling system. The mold body determines the external dimensions of the profile, while the core rods control the internal structure. The heating system is divided into three temperature‑control zones—preheating, gelation, and curing—to ensure that the resin undergoes complete curing within the mold.
● High‑precision inner cavity machining: The mold cavity dimensions must be precisely controlled, with a high surface finish and excellent wear resistance, to minimize frictional resistance during the pultrusion process and ensure consistent product dimensions. Mold cavity dimensions are typically 1.5%–3.5% larger than the finished product to account for material shrinkage during curing.
● Controllable temperature gradient: The pultrusion die employs segmented heating (e.g., three heating zones with a temperature difference of 20–30°C), ensuring that the exothermic peak occurs toward the rear center of the die. This prevents premature curing, which could lead to cracking or deformation, thereby enhancing product quality and stability.

● High production efficiency: The pultrusion process enables continuous, automated production with a pulling speed of 0.2–4 m/min, significantly boosting output capacity and making it ideal for the mass production of standardized profiles.
● Stable product quality: The fiber content of the finished products can reach 40%–80%, with high longitudinal strength, excellent product repeatability, no edge or corner waste, and no need for post‑processing.
