CNC Fully Automatic Winding Machine
A microcomputer control system is employed to achieve precise speed-ratio control of mandrel rotation and wire-guide head movement, ensuring uniform fiber winding and structural stability. The system supports hoop winding, cross winding, and sand-insertion winding processes, making it suitable for manufacturing small-diameter GRP pipes with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 500 mm.
