Fiberglass-reinforced plastic storage tank winding machinery is an electromechanical integrated winding device, typically used in the manufacture of tank-type products.
Product Features
1. The fabrication of mechanically wound storage tanks enhances product quality stability and increases hardness by 40%.
2. Constructed from a composite material reinforced with high-strength glass fibers, it is manufactured using an integral molding process that eliminates seams, ensuring excellent tightness, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, zero leakage, and no contamination of underground water sources.
3. The tank features a cylindrical design with internal square steel stiffening ribs; the end heads are crafted with wheel-shaped convex–concave surfaces, providing high compressive strength and excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, with a typical service life of over 50 years.
4. The overall installation is quick and efficient, with a short construction period; slotting and installation can be completed in just one day.
5. The final settlement price is approximately 10%–20% lower than that of conventional steel-concrete storage tanks.
