Product Introduction
1. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, with both automatic and manual control modes for traction.
2. The product employs an upper clamping method;
3. The cutting saw employs variable-frequency speed control for fixed-length cutting;

15. Heating Zone: The heating zone employs contactor-based heating, ensuring that the temperature control fluctuation remains within ±5°C. The heating temperature range is continuously adjustable from 0 to 300°C, with independent power control for each of the 3 to 6 zones, at 6 kW per zone.
16. The equipment’s cooling system uses a cooler to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil, with the following advantages: rapid cooling, maintenance-free operation, and water cooling.
17. The electrical control system of this equipment all employs logic control, which is technologically mature and easy to operate.
18. Total plant power demand: 10–12 kVA, 380 V.
